University of Kerala B Tech grade improvement rules

University of Kerala B Tech grade improvement rules 2013 are given here.

For the improvement of grade, candidate should reappear in maximum two subjects of the semester subject to the following conditions

1. The candidate will have to reappear in the next available chance
2. The candidate can not reappear in 8th semester subjects
3. The better grade secured in 2 attempts will be considered
4. The candidate can reappear in 3 subjects of the first year considering first and second semester as a single chance

For improvement of continuous assessment marks a candidate can repeat the subject in one or more semester subject to the following conditions

1. The candidate will have to repeat all the subjects in a semester
2. The candidate will have to reappear in the earliest available chance and it is allowed only once for a semester
3. The candidate cannot repeat a lower semester if he has enrolled for a higher semester.
4. If The candidate has already passed the semester examination in full, he will not be allowed for improvement of CA marks

The candidate can withdraw from the whole examination of a semester
