Combined Aptitude Test CAT Maharashtra

Combined Aptitude Test (CAT) is conducted for admission into the courses MBBS, BDS, MCA, MBA, BE, B.Arch  in colleges in Maharashtra. Candidates are offered admission in following courses:
•    Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)
•    Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS)

•    Master in Computer Application (MCA)
•    Master of Business Administration (MBA)
•    Bachelor of Engineering (BE)
•    Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

Combined Aptitude Test CAT Maharashtra Course wise Eligibility is as follows:

For MBBS/BDS: 12th or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in Physics Chemistry Biology ( for SC/ST candidates it is 40%). Age should  not be  less than 17 years on or before December 31 of the year of examination.

For BE/BArch: 12th pass out with a minimum of 50% marks in PCM ( for SC/ST candidates it is 40%).

For MBA: Candidate should be a Graduate with a minimum of 50% marks ( for SC/ST candidates it is 45%) in aggregate.

For MCA: Candidate should be a Graduate with a minimum of 50% marks ( for SC/ST candidates it is 45%).

Candidates appearing for the final year of the qualifying examination are also eligible.

•    Last date for receipt of completed forms: January

Application Form and Information Brochure can be obtained by sending  a demand draft for Rs.670 drawn in favour of “The Coordinator, Combined Aptitude Test”, payable at Mumbai . Application form for CAT can only be obtained by post.
