Bharati Vidyapeeth Rules for ATKT –
1. A candidate who has failed in 1 to 4 subjects or does not appear in the B.Tech Semester-1 Examination will be allowed to appear in Semester-2 Examination.
2. A candidate who has failed in 1 to 4 subjects or does not appear in the B.Tech Semester-3 Examination will be allowed to appear in Semester-4 Examination.
3. A candidate who has failed in 1 to 4 subjects or does not appear in the B.Tech Semester-5 Examination will be allowed to appear in Semester-6 Examination.
4. A candidate who has failed in 1 to 4 subjects or does not appear in the B.Tech Semester-7 Examination will be allowed to appear in Semester-8 Examination.
5. A student can register for the 3rd semester if he/she has 3 backlogs or less in theory examination of B.Tech Semester-1 and Semester-2 taken together.
6. A student can register for the 5th semester if he/she has no backlogs of Semester-1 & Semester-2 and has 3 backlogs or less in theory examination and 2 backlogs or less in practical examination or backlog of 2 or less in theory examination and 3 or less in practical examination at B.Tech Semester 3 & 4 taken together.
7. A student can register for the 7th semester if he/she has no backlogs of Semester-3 & Semester-4 and has 3 backlogs or less in theory examination and 2 backlogs or less in practical examination or backlog of 2 or less in theory examination and 3 or less in practical examination at B.Tech Semester 5 & 6 taken together.
Bharati Vidyapeeth Rules for Grace Marks –
1. Grace Marks For Getting Distinction
A candidate who has passed in all the subjects/heads of passing in an examination can be
given up to three marks in grace in subjects if so required to get him distinction in the
concerned subject.
2. Grace Marks Only For Passing
All the above rules are subject to the change from time to time.
